A family from Silba…

We are island people, a family that nurtures a love for the island and its source - the sea, for generations. We are here to provide you with a unique experience — from quality rest to gourmet delights…

Homemade from Silba…

We live an island life like our ancestors - we make homemade olive oil for our own needs, we grow homemade vegetables that flourish beautifully on the rich island land.

Fresh fish caught that morning can usually be found on our table. Simplicity hides beauty, so grilled fish and Swiss chard with potatoes are an essential part of our meal.

A good drop of oil and wine always go well with drunken or stuffed squid, grilled octopus or salad.

Finally, we’ll sweeten it up a bit with the famous fritule (fritters) and kroštule (sweet pastry knots) with homemade brandy.
